Indigo Flow: Reclaiming the Sacred in Your Life

January 17-19, 2024

Join us at the beautiful
Well of Mercy Retreat Center

Space is limited to 14 women

Reawaken awareness of the sacred in your life

The retreat is based on the major themes of Heidi’s new book, Pockets of Grace: Lessons from Darkness, Lessons from Light, and her signature system, Indigo Flow: Path to a New Beginning.

Explore the thresholds we are in the midst of today.

This is a time of intense collective transformation. During this transition there is a lot of confusion, insecurity and sometimes despair.

The most important support in these times of change is to recognize the voice of your own soul and feel that you are included in a field of kindred spirits.

This intimate retreat is an invitation

to connect deeply and focus on the spiritual practice of listening to what is stirring inside of you. Let’s bring that forth, for you, and to gift the world. Sessions will be interwoven with times of teaching, journaling, small group reflection, and sharing.

Teaching will be offered by Heidi Gessner and spiritual practice will be led by Gretchen Gabrielson.

Meet Your Hosts

Heidi Gessner, MDiv, BCC, is an ordained United Church of Christ Minister, a former hospital palliative care and bereavement chaplain, and author of Pockets of Grace: Lessons from Darkness, Lessons from Light. This book is partly memoir about her spiritual awakening during her father’s terminal lung cancer. It’s also a modern handbook on how to cope with loss.

Heidi’s developed a unique way to approach loss and growth through her new signature system, Indigo Flow Spiritual Counseling: Path to a New Beginning. Indigo Flow is a process that alchemizes life’s challenges through four flows: Nature, Creative, Sacred, and Soul, which clears the way for a new path to emerge.

“I appreciate Heidi’s ‘intuitive style.’ She senses when to teach, to assist, to encourage, and when to step back – still keeping a nurturing eye out.
I felt so relaxed that I didn’t recognize everything that I was learning.”
