Indigo Flow: Path to a New Beginning and SoulPath Coaching trainings are not something to check out, test drive, or “hope” will work. Your success depends on your full commitment to practice the inner and outer strategies we’ll be sharing with you.

If investing in our services, programs, and products will cause a financial hardship or create stress for you, it’ll be in your best interest to invest at a later time.

All programs must be completed within the time frame specified on the order form.

All purchases are non-refundable, so be sure that the material and timing are aligned with you before committing.

Since all sales are final, you waive any rights to chargeback your purchase with your credit card processor.

We are 100% committed to giving you tools, strategies, and coaching that set you up for wellness and growth. Our goal is to deliver what we promise and so much more.

If you’re on a payment plan, you agree to make all payments you have committed to. We don’t cancel payments as you’re investing in an entire training curriculum, not a month-to-month membership.

*If you’ve gone through all of the course material, completed all the homework, and asked for support from us during the program and still feel our program hasn’t delivered on the promise, submit your completed homework before the end of the course and I’ll personally hop on the phone with you. In the rare event of a refund, there’ll be a 10% processing fee. You’ll also lose access to all materials.

You may cancel up to 3 business days before your monthly renewal and we won’t charge your card again.

 The Pockets of Grace Writing Circle Cancellation Policy

I understand that life is filled with unexpected twists, and circumstances may arise that require you to make changes to your commitments. To provide clarity and transparency regarding cancellations, I have established the following Cancellation Policy for the Pockets of Grace Writing Circle Monthly Subscription:

  1. Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel your subscription to The Pockets of Grace Writing Circle, I kindly request a two-week notice. This notice period allows me to manage group dynamics effectively and ensures a smooth transition for both the participant and the community.
  2. Providing Notice: You can initiate the cancellation process by sending an email to me at heidi@heidigessner.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request – [Your Full Name].” Please include the reason for cancellation (optional but appreciated) and any feedback you’d like to share about your experience.
  3. No-Show or Non-Payment: In the event of non-payment or a no-show without prior notice, the subscription will be considered active until canceled by the participant. It’s important to communicate any challenges or changes to avoid unintended charges.
